We calculate your building's energy performance through the national BEP-TR system and classify it from A to G, issuing your legally mandatory Energy Performance Certificate on your behalf from application to approval.
The building's annual energy consumption for heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water and lighting systems is calculated using the official BEP-TR software of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The calculation places the building in an energy class between A (most efficient) and G (least efficient); the minimum class C requirement for new buildings that received a building permit after 2011 is also checked at this stage.
Our authorised experts inspect the building on site and evaluate the insulation characteristics of walls, roof, windows and facade, the mechanical and electrical installation projects, and existing thermal insulation reports. This data, collected together with title deed and architectural project information, forms the basis of an accurate and complete energy performance calculation.
The calculated data is entered into the Ministry's EPC system and submitted for official approval, and a certificate valid for 10 years is issued. We follow the process on your behalf until the document — which is mandatory in title deed transactions, building/occupancy permits and sale-rental listings — is delivered in full.
